FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
Which fits your situation?
Not sure where to begin? Start here. Three common situations, three paths.
"I'm a people leader struggling to navigate a conflict in my team and I don't know how to step in."
→ Conflict Coaching
"There's an active conflict between two or more people in my organisation that isn't resolving itself."
→ Mediation
"The same patterns keep showing up. We need to change how our team holds tension altogether."
→ Team Facilitation
You might come for one service and find another follows naturally. Coaching can prepare you for mediation or replace the need for it entirely. Mediation often surfaces the team-level patterns that facilitation then addresses. There's no fixed path. We build the right combination around your situation

The Mediation Journey
Team Facilitation
For teams and organisations that want to build the capacity to handle tension constructively at every level.
-
We identify what's driving recurring patterns in your organisation: policies, unspoken norms, structural systems rather than individual behaviour.
Discovery · scoped to you
-
Sessions built around your team's specific context: developing shared language, communication practices, and team agreements that hold.
team sessions · half or full day
-
Follow-up support to make sure the change takes root. Rupture becomes a source of learning rather than something to manage around.

-
A free 30-minute call. We talk about what's happening in your organisation, whether I can help, and what working together might look like.
-
Yes, and this is often where the deepest change happens. Coaching can prepare parties before mediation begins, run alongside it, and continue after to embed new ways of working. Facilitation often follows mediation to address the systemic roots that allowed the conflict to escalate. We build the right combination for your situation.
-
The outcome of a mediation is determined by the parties and the mediator supports all involved equally. What I can guarantee is a structured, neutral, confidential process that gives everyone the best conditions to reach their own resolution.
-
Not necessarily. Every stage can run individually or jointly depending on what the situation needs. If someone is reluctant, we start with individual sessions. The process adapts, I advise on the right path as we go.
-
Mediation runs as a full-day session (with pre-interviews in the week before) or across multiple sessions scheduled as frequently as availability allows.
Coaching typically runs 4–6 sessions over 6–10 weeks. Facilitation is scoped to your organisation's needs.
-
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle of mediation and coaching. Confidentiality is agreed by all parties at the beginning. Everything shared in individual and joint sessions stays within the process.

My services are delivered in English. I work primarily with international organisations and teams where English is the working language. If you need German-language mediation, I'm happy to suggest trusted colleagues.
