Hello, I’m Carys Owen, mediator, conflict coach, and your partner in creating workplaces where challenges are met with care.

For over 10 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of project leadership, team facilitation, and conflict transformation across private sector and non-profit organisations. I’ve led complex, multi-stakeholder projects and supported managers to navigate conflict with care and confidence.

My experience includes advising C-level executives, developing conflict engagement and response protocols, and delivering capacity building and coaching that foster understanding, wellbeing, and constructive communication.
